Evaluation and Quality Assurance

Description of workpackage: 

The main objective of this work package is to assess the impact of the major interventions and actions designed and implemented in previous work packages.

This will identify also barriers to adoption. To evaluate progress of the project formative and summative evaluation will be used.

  1. Formative evaluation: will be related to the monitoring activities of the project management. It will focus on gathering data to ensure quality on implementation of the project activities and to identify raising barriers and issues during the project. To review the status of project activities, an internal (all partners) monitoring and assessment will be used continuously during the project progress. Such evaluation will be done on whether the project team achieved their tasks and deliverables on time. Moreover, leader of each work package will organize meetings and workshops (virtual or physical) to evaluate progress.
  2. Summative evaluation will focus on assessing the impact of the project activities. Our European partners will support the evaluation and quality monitoring of the designed curriculum and syllabi according to their long expertise and competence in the field. Industry advisor will ensure providing quality on internships, case studies and training material parts.

In general, workshops and partners' evaluation will be undertaken to analyse:

  1. The curriculum, program teaching methods and assessment
  2. Instructors competences and its integration to achieve excellence
  3. Conformance to existing partners’ national regulations, guidelines and the Bologna and EQF Framework systems.

External expert; international will act as reviewer of the quality of the program developed in terms of learning outcome and pedagogic methods. Moreover, students' needs and participation will be taken in consideration in evaluating and monitoring the program development.

Tasks: 
  1. Design and develop a comprehensive and sustainable evaluation and quality plan
  2. Report on monitoring the development of course modules
  3. Evaluate the quality assurance (QA) of industrial internships and training
  4. Evaluate learning platform usability
  5. Report on interim project evaluation and quality and provide a comprehensive final evaluation report of HEAL+
